These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in The Padel Camp Cyprus ("the Camp", "we", "us", "our") training programs and services. By registering for the Camp, you agree to these Terms.
1. Registration and Booking
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Early Bird pricing is available until the specified deadline. After this date, standard pricing applies.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You must provide accurate personal information during registration.
- Participants must be at least 16 years old. Participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
2. Payment
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment can be made via Stripe (credit/debit card) or bank transfer.
- For bank transfers, payment must be received within 5 business days of registration to secure your spot.
- Additional services (private lessons, massage, media package) are paid separately.
3. What's Included
Your camp registration includes:
- All group training sessions as per the selected program (2-day, 4-day, or 6-day)
- Fitness and conditioning classes
- Match play sessions
- Video analysis and personalized feedback
- Training t-shirt
- Padel balls during training
- Water during training sessions
4. What's Not Included
- Accommodation
- Flights and transportation
- Travel insurance
- Private lessons (optional, €80/hour for 1-on-1, €110/hour for 2-on-1)
- Media package (optional, €130)
- Massage sessions (optional, from €45)
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before start: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
- 15-30 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before start: No refund
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@thepadelcamp.com
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
6. Changes by Organizer
- We reserve the right to modify the training schedule, venue, or coaches if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of significant changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- If we cancel the Camp entirely, participants will receive a full refund.
7. Health and Safety
- Participants must be in good physical health and able to participate in intensive sports training.
- You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation.
- We recommend consulting a doctor before participating in intensive physical activity.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by coaches and staff.
8. Liability
- Participation in the Camp is at your own risk.
- We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the Camp.
- We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel and sports insurance that covers medical expenses and injuries.
- By participating, you acknowledge the physical nature of padel and accept the inherent risks of the sport.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
- Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
- Follow the instructions of coaches and staff
- Maintain appropriate behavior on and off the court
- Not use drugs or excessive alcohol that may affect participation
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.
10. Media and Photography
- Photos and videos may be taken during the Camp for promotional purposes.
- By participating, you grant us permission to use images featuring you for marketing on our website and social media.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the Camp begins.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Government restrictions or travel bans
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
In such cases, we will work with participants to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
